Fishing Terms & Conditions

• » All fees (other than deposits) are to be paid in cash or travelers checks at the dock upon completion of the charter.
• » Credit or debit cards are NOT accepted and all payments are to be in US Currency. Of course, tips are always appreciated.
• » Deposits: Deposits may be required. Checks or money orders are accepted for deposits only. Deposits must be received within 5 business days from the date you booked the trip or your charter date will considered open by the captain, until received.
• » Cancellation Policy: All decisions relating to cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Captain and are subject to change. All decisions made by the Captain are final.
• » Deposits are refundable for cancellations up to 5 days before your scheduled trip.
• » Any scheduled trip may be cancelled at the discretion of the Captain due to weather or any other circumstances. All deposits or pre-payments are fully refundable on any trips cancelled at the discretion of the Captain. Trips cut short due to inclement weather will be prorated.

Any cancellation within 24 hours of a
scheduled trip should be paid in full!
